Industrial Electrical Services (IES) provides technical and specialized engineering solutions to the new and challenging areas in industry today. IES provides a wide range of services from custom-designed machinery to complete turnkey control systems, systems integration, electric power system studies and onsite power system engineering, and custom machinery design and construction. The majority of the projects we undertake are special applications requiring custom engineering.

Design and construction of all of our equipment is performed in-house. All systems are fully tested prior to shipment to reduce project start-up time. IES continues to maintain state-of-the-art equipment to provide customers with the best service and systems. All electrical and mechanical drawings are produced using AutoCAD; and we maintain multiple computer systems for use as programming interfaces for various PLCs and OITs.

In addition, we provide power system analysis and studies including fault analysis, as well as installation, checkout and testing. We offer maintenance and testing of installed equipment as well as emergency troubleshooting for failed equipment. Founded in 1985 and still based in Montgomery, AL, Industrial Electrical Services has enjoyed constant growth and good customer credentials, opening our first branch offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA in 1997.

IES became the first authorized system integrator for DVT Corporation, the leader in visual inspection technology, in 1997; in February 1998, IES purchased the manufacturing division of Metra Corporation and now offers factory-quality repair and support services as well as conversions to other OIT platforms and to PC-based HMI software packages.
