Marty Stewart, IES owner and founder, earned an Electrical Engineering degree
from Georgia Tech, then spent 4 yrs. on General Electric's Field Engineering staff.
He then went to Union Camp's Prattville Mill as a Maintenance Electrical Engineer for
3 yrs. before starting IES.
Byron Lynch, graduated from Troy State with a degree in business. He
joined IES in 1990. In addition to being the office manager he is responsible
for locating hard to find parts and METRA repairs,
Charles Boak, joined the IES staff in 1994 specializing in machine design. He graduated
from Auburn University with an Electrical Engineering degree.
Ken Willis, (BS in Electrical Engineering, Georgia Tech) joined the IES
team in 1997.
E. J. Rousselle, Jr., PE, (BS in Electrical Engineering, The University of New Orleans, 1980)
worked on General Electric's Field Engineering Staff. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in
the State of Louisiana. EJ joined the IES staff in 1997.
Wade Greene, (Masters degree in Control Systems, BS in Mechanical Engineering, University of Alabama)
joined IES in early 1998.
Jay Webb, (BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University, 1995)
has extensive manufacturing experience (Emerson Electric, Plymouth Tube, Texaco Chemical)
and joined IES in June 2000.
Ronald Terry, (BS in Electrical Engineering, Auburn University 1986) has 4 years
experience in material handling and 9 years in mineral processing; Ron joined IES in July 2000.
Matt Copland, (BS in Electrical Engineering, Auburn University, 2005) joined
the IES team in 2006.
